Our Chief Agricultural Consultant is Dr. D Clarson, M.Sc.(Agri), Ph.D., who is a Senior Agricultural Consultant having more than 25 years of field experiences on all aspects of agricultural operations. His area of specialization is Soil Fertility and Plant Nutrition. He has wide knowledge on organic agriculture on most of the commercial crops and has undergone special training on the commercial production of different Bio-Fertilizers, Bio-Control agents, Spirulina, Mushroom etc. He has also undergone the training on the formulation of macro and micro nutrient mixtures suitable for various crops to provide balanced nutrition and had research studies on the reclamation of problem soils such as saline, sodic and acidic soils and conducted soil fertility evaluation trials for various crops and arrived optimum dose of fertilizers for maximum yield and maximum profit. He had worked in the Research wing of Department of Agriculture for more than 20 years and as senior scientist in reputed plantation companies of India.

He has established Research and Development Centers and commercial soil, plant, water, fertilizer, pesticide, organic manure, Bio-Fertilizers and Bio-Pesticides Laboratories at various centers. He has presented more than 70 research articles in various leading journals. He was the winner of National Award 1990 for the best Ph.D Research work on Soil Science and has got Senior Merit Fellowship from Fertilizer And Chemicals Travancore LTD, Cochin. He is the author of five text books viz Soil and Water Analytical Methods, Biofertilizers for Eco-friendly Agriculture, Microorganisms as bio-control agents, Organic Farming and Micronutrients for balanced plant nutrition and all of them are duly recognized by ISBN.
